Such an amazing prompt and efficient service for a very late order. The flowers were delivered in perfect condition, at the time agreed, would use again.

After experiencing a mis-delivery of some important flowers for a funeral, and with a few days to spare, I made a last a last ditch attempt to order sort out a new order delivery and found Welch The Florist.I was abroad and couldn't call to ask but went on their website and found the flowers I wanted, messaged their live chat to request a slight alternative to the flowers and although the person apologised for the delay in responding it was really only a short time to come back to me and overall they were super responsive considering I was having to organise everything via email and chat.The flowers were delivered on time and exactly as requested. The original bouquet I ordered was all white and I had asked for red to be added to represent his favourite football team. The arrangement was really beautiful and the team really took care to ensure the request I made was fulfilled and delivered on time to the funeral directors.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements, great customer service and pricing. There was a problem with the address I wanted the posy to go to as they didn’t have an agent in the area at that specific time so instead they not only emailed me but also called to see if they could deliver somewhere else. After a quick chat we decided they could deliver directly to the Church. They did and everything was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for the time they spent sorting this out for me. Highly recommend Welch the Florist and I will certainly be using them again when the need arises
