These guides explain the service in more detail, including our current base and the story of our former Long Eaton shop.

Check the address, then choose the date

This directory lists places covered by our local delivery service. Availability depends on the full delivery address, the product and the date. Use the recipient’s full postcode when ordering, or contact our team if you are unsure.

Same-day delivery is available for eligible flowers when ordered by 12 noon, UK local time, subject to availability and destination. The Funeral range is excluded. Check the dates, delivery methods and charges offered for your chosen flowers and full postcode before paying.

Sunday delivery by our own vans is available in selected local postcodes only. Being in our local delivery area does not mean every product or date is available.

Local care, with delivery further afield too

Our own-van area is one part of our delivery service. Elsewhere in the UK, orders may be delivered through Interflora partner florists or DPD, depending on the flowers and destination. If a place is not listed here, check the options for the full address rather than assuming delivery is unavailable.

Our preparation and distribution base is Unit 68 Wellington Street, Stapleford, Nottingham NG9 7BE. It is not a high-street shop, and website collection is not available.

Need help with an address or a particular date? Call 0115 973 7888, Monday–Saturday, 07:30–16:00, or contact our team.
