Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll check whether preparation or dispatch has started and explain the options. Read about changes, cancellations and refunds.

Where is my order?

Check your order confirmation for the selected delivery date and delivery address. If you have received a delivery update, follow the link in that message. If you still need help, call or email our team with your order number and delivery postcode.

Can you deliver flowers today?

Same-day delivery is available for eligible flowers when you order by 12 noon, UK local time, subject to product, postcode and availability. The Funeral range is excluded. Available dates and charges are confirmed when you order. Browse same-day flowers.

What if there is a problem with my flowers?
