Borrowash and Ockbrook: use the recipient’s address
Borrowash and Ockbrook are separate entries in our local delivery directory, alongside Draycott and Spondon. Keep the locality supplied by the recipient on the order. This is especially useful if you know the wider Derby area better than the individual address you are sending to.
If the recipient will be at work on their birthday, decide whether home or the workplace is the more suitable destination before ordering. For work, include the company name and any reception details. For home, include a flat number or entrance note where needed. Ask us about essential timing before placing the order.

Dates, delivery options and the details that matter
For eligible same-day flowers, order by 12 noon, UK local time, subject to availability and destination. The Funeral range is excluded. Enter the recipient’s full postcode to see the dates, delivery methods and charges offered for the flowers you choose before paying.
Sunday delivery by our own vans is available in selected local postcodes only. Being in the directory does not mean every product or date is available. For a future birthday or celebration, choose an offered date; speak to us before ordering if a particular arrival time is essential.
