Wow amazing service flowers delivered within an hour thank you

The floral tribute you created for my husbands funeral was perfect and you even went the extra mile to incorporate some of his favourite plants from our garden which made it very special. Many thanks for all of your help

Ordered flowers at 10am delivered just after 12 - very helpful on live chat and the flowers are gorgeous (see attached pic) my daughter is very happy - they were expensive BUT all flowers are and these were particularly nice for a special occasion 🙂

The flowers are not fresh and are wilting. Disappointed with them this time. As you can see from the photos the tulips are badly wilting and so are the other flowers

From ordering to delivery, excellent service. Guy who took my order at 1.30pm was very polite and knowledgeable and I was able to get the flowers in the colours I wanted plus get them delivered on the same day. Got an email to say the order had gone through, another to say approximately when the order would be delivered and the name of the person who would deliver it, and then another email to say the flowers had been delivered . My family are based in Ireland and my daughter was unfortunately over in Nottingham for her birthday alone 🙁 so I placed an online order with Welch's to deliver a surprise bouquet to her hotel. The online transaction was really easy and the flowers they delivered were precisely on time and only the loveliest, freshest, most beautiful flowers. We ordered a brightly coloured hat box arrangement for my mother-in-law. The flowers were of excellent quality and the arrangement stunning. She was thrilled with it!

I have used Welch's twice now and the flowers are absolutely fantastic and well worth the money. Also I placed the order quite close to the cut-off so was worried as to whether same day would be achieved but I needn't have worried. The recipient of the flowers sent me a lovely photo- as you can see they are absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future.
